A Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to your scheduled time to the email provided at checkout. This email will be sent from Jess via thelivingtimber@gmail.com.

Upon booking a Zoom call, you agree to the time scheduled and no refund policy. In the event that you are unable to attend or miss the scheduled time, no refunds or rescheduling will be issued.
